Brad Schlaeger was a true visionary in the beauty industry. In 1999, he founded Accolades Salon Spa, known for its creativity, quality, and welcoming atmosphere. Building on that success, he opened Men’s Spa Salon in 2013 to redefine the barbershop experience—offering exceptional haircuts, top-tier service, and a touch of luxury in a relaxed space where clients and stylists felt at home. In 2019, he launched Women’s Spa Salon next door, with the support of his daughter Alana and lead stylist Josy, creating a warm salon dedicated to making every guest feel confident, cared for, and celebrated.
When Brad passed away in 2023, Alana and Josy felt a deep calling to carry his legacy forward. With over 15 years of experience each, their paths into the industry had been shaped by love and family—Alana grew up immersed in her father’s vision, learning the importance of quality, creativity, and caring for clients (or whatever else you want to put here), while Josy was inspired by her grandmother, a beautician who taught her that this work is about more than beauty—it’s about care, connection, and celebrating the beauty within.
Together, they merged Men’s Spa Salon and Women’s Spa Salon into one unified space: Bradley Douglas Salon Spa, a tribute to Brad and his lasting impact. Their vision was not only to preserve what Brad built but to evolve it into a salon and spa that celebrates both beauty and barbering under one roof.
Today, Bradley Douglas Salon Spa offers a full spectrum of services—precision haircuts, modern color, luxury extensions, facials, massage, waxing, and more—delivered by a passionate team who share the same commitment Brad instilled: to provide more than a service, an experience.
